            We ship to most countries worldwide with tracked and secure delivery service.

            Are delivery fees included?

            Yes. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

            Each shipment comes with a tracking number provided as soon as it is dispatched, so you can track your package with complete transparency.

            What is your return and exchange policy?

            You have 90 days to return an item if you wish to exchange it or receive a store credit.

            Store credits are valid indefinitely and can be used across the entire site.

            If you prefer a refund, it will be made to the original payment method. A flat fee is deducted to cover part of the logistical costs related to the return and quality control.

            Items must be returned new, unused, and with their original packaging to ensure prompt processing.
