Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Thus, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that are not eligible for return:

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit note will be sent to you by email. This credit note has no expiration date.  

Refunds delayed or missing (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as the official display of your refund may take some time.
Then, contact your bank. A refund display is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at latelierdemalte.pro@gmail.com and send your item to the address then provided.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order is confirmed, please note that it is neither possible to change the delivery address nor to cancel the order. We encourage you to carefully verify all information before finalizing your purchase to avoid any subsequent inconvenience.

NON-RECEIPT DUE TO NO ANOMALY OR ADDRESS ERROR

In case you do not receive your package, without any anomaly being reported in the delivery tracking, or if the non-receipt is due to an error in the address information, please note that L'Atelier de Malte is not responsible and will not refund the order. We encourage you to carefully check the information provided when ordering and to closely follow the tracking of your package to avoid any inconvenience. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to them and they will know you returned their gift.

Shipping costs related to returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
