Return & Refund Policy (Worldwide)

1) Cancellation / Modification

  • As long as the order has not been shipped: we do our best to cancel/modify.
  • After shipment: you can use the return procedure below (depending on your country) only after receiving your order.

2) Legal Right of Withdrawal — EU/EEA Customers

You have a 14-day period from receipt to withdraw, without justification. 

Refund:

  • within 14 days from notification,
  • deferred until receipt of the return
  • to the same payment method (unless expressly agreed), 
  • standard shipping costs refunded (not upgrades). 

Return shipping costs: borne by the customer. 

Product condition: complete return (tags, accessories, packaging). A depreciation may apply if used beyond reasonable try-on. 

Exceptions: customization/made-to-measure; unsealed hygiene-sealed goods.

3) “90 Days” Commercial Program - Worldwide

In addition to the legal rights applicable according to your country, we offer a return up to 90 days after delivery, store credit only, after inspection.

Conditions:

  • new item, unworn (except try-on), unwashed, odor-free,
  • intact tags, accessories and packaging included.

Return shipping costs: borne by the customer.
Credit: no expiration date, non-refundable, not convertible to cash.

(Exclusions may apply to the commercial program: they are indicated on the product page or at the time of purchase. This never limits the EU/EEA legal withdrawal.) 


4) Exchanges

We do not offer automated direct exchanges.
To change size/color: return → validation → refund/credit → new order.


5) How to make a return?

  1. Contact us at contact@latelierdemalte.com with your order number.
  2. We will send you an RMA + the return address in France.
  3. Ship your package (tracked recommended, shipping costs at your expense).
  4. Receipt + quality check → refund (EU/EEA) or credit (90-day program).

6) Defective / Non-compliant Product / Preparation Error

Contact us with photos/video.
The legal conformity warranty applies in the EU/France: compliance (repair/replacement), then other solutions depending on the case. 


7) “Delivered” Package Not Received / Delivery Error

Contact us within 7 days with tracking + evidence (drop-off photo, carrier exchanges).
Risk transfer occurs upon physical possession; we handle these situations through investigation and evidence.
